For 40 years Labelexpo Europe has been building its brand as the largest and most important trade fair for the label and packaging industry. Will this year's jubilee edition be exceptional on this occasion? How will you celebrate it?

Labelexpo has come an incredibly long way since its first edition in 1980, when there were just 44 exhibitors and it was very much a niche label show. Fast forward 40 years to 2019, and this year’s show will be the largest yet, with well over 600 exhibitors, more live demonstrations and product launches than ever before. Our major show feature is the Flexible Packaging Arena, and we are offering our most extensive educational schedule to date. So it’s promising to be a landmark show.
We will in fact be celebrating the 40^th anniversary of Labelexpo on the first night of Labelexpo Europe 2019 at our annual Label Industry Global Awards event. We have introduced two new categories to this year’s Awards to mark this important milestone – European Converter of the Year and also the Rising Star Award. It is set to be our largest Awards night ever, with a gala dinner and a very exciting line up of entertainment planned as we go back to the 1980s. We will also be honoring past Lifetime Achievement winners, so it’s going to be a memorable night – a fitting way to celebrate an incredible industry and Labelexpo’s fantastic achievements
